    Thank you for your feedback, I will try to answer your concerns!

    First, all the reviews are from legitimate users who are not part of our staff group or otherwise assosiated with the company.
    We do not remove any (including negative) reviews unless they were posted solely for the purpose of discrediting our service.
    As all our reviews are publicly available and we are responsible for their content, all new reviews must be manually approved.

    It is absolutely true that there have been a bunch of challenges lately, which unfortunately have caused our service to be "less efficient".
    Most, if not all, of the challenges were caused by a ton of changes to the game clients, some general game bugs and constant security updates.
    In this cat and mouse race, however, it is to be expected, which is why we also continuously update and improve our software and service.

    The most recent challenges have been resolved and our priority is once again focused on releasing a new public VM solution (see top announcement).
    As always, all our members with an active license/subscription during the "less efficient" period have been fully compensated in terms of added days.

    Other reviews appear to be unrealistic. I haven't even gotten to be able to try the bot itself due to functionality issues and errors that "are out of the control of the developers" because it's a "riot" issue. Still, even past that, people have been complaining about bans and issues consistently on the Premium forums. Do not recommend, and I doubt this review will even go up because, apparently, "Your content will need to be approved by a moderator".
